We founded Virgo CBD Northern Ireland Store Online with one goal in mind: creating the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. We ship from Poland and Northern Ireland without any additional hidden costs. Deliveries:

All shipments cost according to the price list, as in the delivery selection options in the shopping cart.

 

Carriers:

You can find it in the delivery tab when selecting shipping.

It may be different for each country or region.

The delivery and shipping times are the same as in the delivery selection options in the shopping cart.

Returns:

If you would like to return the item(s) after receiving it, you must cotact us first and request cancel the purchase no later than within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, you will not be able to return the item/s.
Return cost:

Buyer pays return postage.
 

How to return?
Contact us by e-mail or via our messenger located in the lower right corner of our website. In response, you will receive details of the return from us.
You can also fill in the withdrawal form manually.

 

Limitation of the right of withdrawal:
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if the buyer has opened the sealed packaging of the goods, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
In line with our returns policy, items returned cannot be opened and / or used.
They must be in their original sealed packaging, in a resaleable condition and with proof of purchase.
You will also need to return any free items that came with the item (s).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by card, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear back in your account and bank account refunds may take up to 14 business days.

 

Payments:

Payments as in the payment selection options in the shopping cart. 

We accept secure payments with credit and debit cards supported by Square. Optionally you can pay via Paypal which payments can be made without having a Paypal account.

Possibility of manual payments to a bank account. If you choose "Manual Payment" in the payment options, we will contact you within 48 hours providing the details for payment. We fulfill orders after the payment is credited to the account or as soon as possible after the payment is cleared. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving any reason after prior notification by e-mail. The refund will then be made on the same terms as in the case of withdrawal from the consumer's contract.
